Welcome to the PTA
All parents, teachers and other school staff belong to the PTA so please do come along to meetings and events. The PTA needs the support of the school community to work, without you there would be no PTA!
What’s coming up?
If you can't join our meetings please message the Facebook page or find one of the committee members with your ideas, opinions and concerns. They will be happy to address all matter of topics.
Full minutes of the last meeting are available on our Information page.
We have lots of events coming up – and we rely on the excellent support of parent volunteers to make them successful. If you think you could help, or want to find out more, head to our Helpers page. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to book our Eco-friendly pack, please in in the form below with your name and the date you want to book. The pack contains plates, bowls and serving dishes suitable for children's parties. The standard size is 30 of each, please let us know if you need more. We suggest a donation of £5 (or what you would have spent on disposable items). The kit needs to be washed up, dried and returned as you found it.
Here's to 2020!
What a great year it has been for the PTA, and we want to thank you all so much for your support. There have been lots of great events and fun socials bringing our community together.
The Funds we Raised
We’ve raised a fantastic £4,526.02 profit in 2019. We welcome ideas on how to spend the money. When deciding what to buy we will ask, does it benefit all the children in the school? Ideas put forward have include playground equipment, kit for school club and setting up a musical instrument hire scheme. We welcome other suggestions. Contact us and help us decide - it’s there for your children, and we want you to have your say.
Last year we helped pay to set up the ‘Party Packs’ in school, funded games for Board Games club, contributed to the Year 6 Leavers’ party and we have agreed to contribute towards permanent stage lighting for the school shows (which the school has hired in previous years).
How can you get involved?
Come to our meetings! Send us messages email@example.com. Make suggestions, volunteer, attend our events and enjoy yourselves with your family. We are all welcome.
Thank you, Katherine, Jo, Bláthnaid, Tim and Clare – PTA Committee
