The variety day to day

Constant advances in the industry stops the job becoming stale

The sense of reward from completing projects.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking about a similar career?

I would say that if you’re prepared to work hard then the rewards are there, trades are important and good tradesmen are always hard to find!
